Mindfulness Mandalas

Join us at the Eastern Branch for a creative and fun way to practice mindfulness as we design our own beautiful mandala or mindfully color a pre-drawn mandala. You’ll also learn more about the benefits of practicing mindfulness in our day-to-day lives.

Mindful Meditation

Join us every 2nd Thursday of the month at the Carnegie Branch as Sarah Place introduces a new way of experiencing the world around us: Mindful Meditation!

This class is an experiential overview of a variety of techniques and tools to engage in mindfulness in a meditative manner. Relax and engage in meditation techniques and activities in each half-hour session that engages mind, body, and spirit. Join us and learn how to manage your world mindfully!
