**Yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch has been cancelled until further notice, due to unforeseen circumstances. Monthly sessions at the Carnegie Library and Eastern Branch will continue.**

Join us for yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch on Saturdays to focus on building strength and stretching.

Adults of all skill levels are welcome. Mats, blocks and straps will be available to borrow. All you need to bring is some water and a smile!

Join us for yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch!

Every Saturday – 10:30 AM, focused on building strength and stretching

1st & 3rd Thursday of the month – 5:45 PM, focused on resting and restoring

2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month – 5 PM, focused on resting and restoring

**Beginning in January, yoga will be held only on Saturdays.**

Yoga at Carnegie

Due to the Eastern Branch construction, yoga is moving to the Carnegie Library!

Come relax, unwind, and take care of your body with the slow and gentle flow of yoga! Bring your own mat. If you do not have one, a limited amount may be available.

Fall dates: September 11, October 9 and November 13 (all sessions at 3 PM)

Sit & Stay Fit

Join Julie Weisbrod, Active Aging Program Coordinator, for Sit and Stay Fit during Community Coffee Time at the Summit Branch on Tuesday, January 10 from 3-4 PM. Participate in seated exercises to improve balance, strength and flexibility. This program is designed for adults 50+ of all fitness levels.

Yoga with Dana

Join Dana for Yoga every Saturday at 10 am. Don’t forget to bring a mat and bottled water!

Suggested donation $3.00 per class.
