Yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch

Join us for yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch on Saturdays to focus on building strength and stretching.

Adults of all skill levels are welcome. Mats, blocks and straps will be available to borrow. All you need to bring is some water and a smile!

Come relax, unwind, and take care of your body with the slow and gentle flow of yoga at the Carnegie Library!

Bring your own mat. If you do not have one, a limited amount may be available.
