Virtual Dungeons & Dragons

Teens ages 13-18 are invited to join us for a virtual Dungeons & Dragons game on the JDL Discord server. The game will start at 1 PM, with a pre-game session at 12 PM for teens who are new to the game and want to learn, or need help making a character. This is a pre-made adventure, so it’s a great opportunity for teens who have always wanted to learn how to play, but haven’t had the chance.

Teens must be registered with the JDL Discord server to participate. Learn more and register here.

JDL Book Boxes Sign-Up

This free subscription-like service will provide your children, aged 10-18, with a selection of materials based on your preferred options!

These materials will be yours to keep, so you don’t need to worry about returning them to the library.

Due to the amount of interest in this program, registration will open once per month for the next month’s subscription box. You must sign up every month to receive a box the following month.

We have a limited number of boxes available, so sign up soon! Registration for February boxes will run January 11-17 and may close early if all slots are filled.

Please note, boxes are sent out approximately 6 weeks after sign-up. In addition, current delays in the postal service may mean that boxes take longer to arrive. For questions, contact the Youth Services Department at youthservices@myjdl.com.
