Make a fun zipper pull to add to a backpack, jacket, purse (or anything you like!) and the Springport Branch. We will have an array for things you can use to personalize a zipper pull just for you!

Positive Affirmations Storytime
Join the Jackson County Health Department for a storytime about positive affirmations and treating yourself kindly, including a rock painting activity. Intended for children ages 5-10 with their families.

Trick or Treating
Come trick or treating at the Springport Branch from 6-8 PM on Halloween!
The branch will be open an hour past our usual closing time to match Village of Springport trick or treating hours.
Eat Safe Fish
Harry Castle from DHHS will be visiting the Springport Branch to provide information for safe fishing practices in the waters of Jackson County, including when and where to fish, what to look for in fish you catch, and safe practices for processing your catch.

Energy Efficiency Open House
Consumer’s Energy representatives will be available at the Springport Branch throughout the day to discuss energy efficiency, how you can prepare your home for winter weather, ways to make heating affordable, resources for people in need, and they will be passing out goodie bags!
Snacks and Crafts
Kids ages 9 -17 can stop by the Springport Branch on Tuesdays from 2:30-4:30 PM for some snacks and crafting.

Senior Services Q&A
Laurie Mead, from the Department on Aging and Crouch Senior Center Services, will be giving a short presentation, and providing resources including a Q&A, for seniors and their loved ones.
