Visit with Santa from 4:30-6 PM and 7-8 PM and receive a free book! Enjoy the live music, activities, and crafts featuring many winter holidays.
Visit our JDL Friends of the Library Bake Sale and Book Sale. Purchase hot dogs and hot chocolate from the JDL Friends of the Library to enjoy on our front lawn as the Jackson Holiday Parade passes by (parade starts at 6 PM). All proceeds from the sales benefit the Jackson District Library!

Start your holiday shopping at the Friends’ annual Holiday Book Sale. Come down on Friday from 4 to 8 pm for the Carnegie Library’s Holiday Open House.
This sale, one of two per year offered by Eastern’s Friends of the Library, offers fiction and nonfiction books, juvenile and young adult books as well as movies, music, and magazines. There’ll be approximately 5,000 items to choose from.
Most hardcovers: $1
Most paperbacks: 50¢
On Saturday it’s a $1 per bag.
