Join us for yoga at the Spring Arbor Branch!
Every Saturday starting September 9 – 10:30 AM, focused on building strength and stretching
1st & 3rd Thursday of the month – 5:45 PM, focused on resting and restoring
All skill levels are welcome. Mats, blocks and straps will be available to borrow. All you need to bring is some water and a smile!
