Zumba is a Latin craze that works all your core muscles. It’s an upbeat-filled class with moderate to high intensity moves, but everything can be modified to meet your personal needs. While tossing in the new wave of music as well, this class brings enjoyment to all who attend. Great way to meet new people and burn off that stress you might incur throughout the day.
