Larry Martin Presents “WWII In Their Own Words”

Join Larry Martin and watch his interview with Marine Corps Sargent R.V. Burgin, who talks about the three horrific battles in which he participated  in the South Pacific during WWII: the battle of Cape Gloucester New Britain in the Solomon Islands, the battle of Peleliu, and the battle of Okinawa. Patrons will be regaled with stories about 30 days of monsoons, water so bad to drink the soldiers preferred drinking out of mud holes filled with bugs, and the largest and last battle of the Pacific War.
