Eat Smart Live Strong

Eat Smart, Live Strong is a program promoting healthy eating habits and physical activity. It has social and interactive sessions for adults. Participants will gain the skills needed to make healthy behavior changes. Each session is about two hours long and the series is for 4 weeks. Angela Maniaci, the presenter, is the Nutrition Program Instructor from  the MSU Extension Office Jackson County.
