In partnership with the MSU Extension, Jackson District Library’s concord Branch will host Eat Smart, Live Strong. This class is geared towards individuals 50+ but everyone is welcome to attend! Call the Hanover Branch to register (517-905-1399).
Join Angela Maniaci for a fun class on how to improve your health and well-being. Topics include increasing fruit and vegetables in tasty ways, and engaging in safe physical activity. Participate in discussions with your community on topics such as how to budget your food dollars. Taste new foods and take home lots of healthy recipes and giveaways!
Program will be from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:
