In partnership with the MSU Extension, Jackson District Library’s Concord Branch will host “Eat Healthy, Be Active.”
Join Angela Maniaci from MSU Extension for six sessions (July 17, 24, & 31, August 7, 14, 21) where you will learn about the benefits of healthy food and regular physical activity.
- Reach and maintain a healthy weight
- Prepare quick, healthy, budget-friendly meals and snacks.
- Manage your food resources.
